Skills training both individual and group classes for specific sports ages 5 and up, Adult one on one or group personal training both in and outside the gym . Giving back to the community is a big part of the Connect University mission. On top of training kids and adults full time we also volunteer coach the youth from the Fort Myers area within the 7on7 football league. This opportunity allows us

to give the kids from our community exposure to recruiters and reporters which in turn will hopefully open doors for them down the road to continue doing what they love- play football. It also allows for the coaching staff to provide one on one mentorship and guidance with the team on and off the field. They are involved in community service projects and fundraising to support the teams very busy travel schedule. It’s a win win for both the kids and the community.
