By now you’ve all heard the great news that Senior Paws Sanctuary is here to stay!! We are so grateful for all of you and your support over the years and happy that we can continue helping in the rescue community!

This is our first fundraiser since the passing of our founder, Debbie Goldsberry. As you all know, Debbie devoted her life to rescuing animals, particular senior dogs or those with significant medical challenges. It’s our goal to continue Debbie’s work so we want to kick this one off in a big way and bring back a favorite for our followers!

Starting now through Saturday 5/23 at 8PM, we are selling chances for a 50/50 raffle!

How does it work??

Each ticket is $2 or 3 tickets for $5. Comment below and let us now have many tickets you’d like by the cutoff and send your payment via PayPal with “50/50” in notes. The prize amount depends on the number of tickets sold. The winner gets 50% of the ticket sales and the rescue gets the other 50%. Talk about a Win/Win!!

Winner will be drawn Sunday evening 5/24 (exact time will be shared later this week) and posted here on this page.errde

We are happy to say we were able to help with Jesse and Addie this week get some vet care they needed! Some days it takes a village and we are along for the ride!

Good morning! Dad wanted us to get on here and give an update on the rescue. He has decided to not dissolve the rescue! Mom had always helped local rescues in need along with helping with bills at the local vets office. We have decided to continue to do the same thing in her memory. We are going to donate to local rescues that are struggling, work with elderly that may need help with vet, bills or food, work with our local vets that may have a family that came in with an emergency that they are unable to pay for, even considering potentially taking on a dog here or there as long as we have a foster that can see it through to adoption. We will host some fundraisers as usual to be able to help contribute and support these causes. As always, we will post an update here. Also, there still is three dogs in the rescue that will stay there at this time. There is Cole, April and “Cockroach”. We are sharing a video of April having a good time in her wheel cart! They are enjoying the extra love and attention ton at this time!

Also I do not believe we shared a picture of the guineas new home! They went to a wonderful couple who drove very 2 hours to rescue them! They are in a loving home! They also own and operate Tatanka Re Scue so please go like and follow them ❤️

Mom always loved her garden and her flowers and I know she shared them often! Here are a few pictures of bulbs that just bloomed this week! Also thank you to everyone that attended the funeral. Who reached out, who sent flowers and showed love for her! It didn’t go unnoticed! The rocks everyone signed from the funeral were placed throughout her garden and flower beds ❤️
