Come out to celebrate the new welcome sign in Lehigh Acres on Monday, April 22. The old sign was in dire need of repair and after a thorough inspection it would have cost much more to restore it than to redesign the sign. The new sign and future Lehigh Acres Municipal Services Improvement District projects have found unique ways to preserve pieces of the old sign and keep it alive. Join the event on April 22 to learn more and celebrate the sign dedication

Join us in celebration of southwest Florida's natural resources- land, water, and wildlife- during the annual Wings Over Water (WOW) Festival at Harns Marsh in Lehigh Acres, Florida.

ADMISSION IS FREE! On Saturday, March 16, 2019 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Visitors will have an opportunity to experience a variety of programs:Education Stations –Exhibitors from across southwest Florida share their stories with visitors helping to create stewards for the natural environment. Exhibits are open from 9 a.m - 2 p.m.

Wild about Nature Presentations – Throughout the day, community leaders and environmental experts will share their knowledge about the wild wonders of southwest Florida and the importance of protecting our natural resources.

Kids' Zone - There is variety of free activities for kids to enjoy including face painting and games (while supplies last). The first 75 kids can decorate their own flower pot and take home a seeds for native plants. Kid's crafts, face painting, games and more.
