Tyler Brandeburg will be joining us Tuesday (Sept 29). Tyler is a lifelong Lake County resident and community leader committed to public service, education, and the local community. A graduate of Leesburg High School, Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida and is pursuing a master's in Public Administration at the University of Central Florida.
Tyler currently serves as the District 2 representative on the Lake County School Board, a position he has held since 2022. His public service also includes previous service on the Lake County Water Authority Board of Trustees, including serving as Vice Chairman.
Professionally, Tyler now serves as Chief Deputy for David E. Jordan, Lake County Tax Collector, bringing his experience in finance, leadership, and public service to county government. He also serves as Treasurer of the Republican Executive Committee (REC) of Lake County.
Tyler has remained actively involved in organizations that strengthen the Lake County community. He serves as President of the Leesburg Lightning, has been involved with the Educational Foundation of Lake County, is a graduate of Leadership Lake County, and was selected for Leadership Florida’s Connect Class 11.
With deep roots in Lake County and a diverse background in public service, education, finance, and community leadership, Tyler brings a valuable perspective on the issues and opportunities our community faces.
