Hello All! Our cat sanctuary and rescue center, has had a rough start to the year due to several of our cats requiring expensive veterinary care. We even have to take our sweet Kiki girl out of state for a specialized surgery. Our supply stash is running low, and our cats’ needs continue to grow! We will continue fund raising in the spring but could use some items for the cats in the meantime. If you are able to help our cats, I have created and posted a list below. As always, 100 percent of everything we receive is used directly for our cats and cat families in need in our community. We and the cats are excited to be working on our latest fundraiser! We are upcycling flower pots and containers and filling them with gorgeous fall plants, house plants, and even some nice succulents. We still have plenty to go, from smaller single plants, like the ones Finn and Nico are showing off, to huge decorated planters with multiple thoughtfully arranged plants.

My question for you is how would you like to see these plants offered? Would you prefer to see a straightforward sale with prices determined, an auction where a post is made for a single item and bids can be made until the auction ends, or even a silent auction where bidders message us privately with their top bid amount? Or do you have another idea? Any suggestions are welcome!

We will finally be moving our kitties to a larger facility with plenty of safe, enclosed outdoor space in the next few months. That means everyone will need their own cat carrier/travel pen/ etc. to safely travel to our new home. Please message us if you have any carriers, etc. you no longer use that you would be willing to sell us. It would be very pricey and difficult to purchase all new. Thank you from the cats and us!

We will be back at Bridgeport Farmers Market tomorrow! We will have some new crocheted cat toys, along with some more of the same we had last time, since they were a big hit. We are busy making homemade cat treats for tomorrow, as well. If you are able, please bring a donation of cat food, cat litter, or other cat related items. We use these items to assist cats and their humans in the community. Come see us, learn more about what we do, and check out our fun cat related items!
