Backpack Buddies Foundation of Loudoun Inc. The Backpack Buddies Foundation of Loudoun, Inc. (BBFL) exists to fund, facilitate, and educate existing and potential weekend food programs in Loudoun County.

About 1 in 4 school children in Loudoun county, the wealthiest county in the US, are uncertain where their next meal will come from. The Backpack Buddy Foundation of Loudoun is an organization which connects with, and collects funds and food through and for individuals and organizations in the community to provide back packs of food each Friday. The food is distributed through the schools to child

Juneteenth is a day to honor freedom and reflect on the work still ahead.

For us, that work is making sure every child in Loudoun has access to enough food. Hunger limits what kids can do, who they can become, and how they show up in the world.

Looking for a fun way to make an impact on your community? Join us as a sponsor or foursome for the 2nd Annual Driving Out Hunger Fore the Kids Golf Tournament, hosted by the Backpack Buddies Foundation of Loudoun.

Taking place Monday, September 28th, 2026 at Stoneleigh Golf and Country Club in Round Hill, VA, this event brings together local business leaders, community champions, and generous donors who are all committed to fighting childhood hunger in Loudoun County, where 1 in 4 kids face food insecurity.

Every dollar goes straight to the partner programs packing weekend meal bags, stocking school pantries, and making sure no kid in our community heads into Monday hungry.
