Loudoun Free Clinic Loudoun Free Clinic provides healthcare at no cost to low-income, uninsured adults in Loudoun County Thank you for your support!

The mission of Loudoun Free Clinic is to support healthcare services for Loudoun County residents who, as a result of economic or other barriers, would otherwise do without. Our patients are adults (ages 19+) who earn less than 300% of the federal poverty level and do not have health insurance. Our staff and volunteers provide general medical services, preventative care, well-woman care, laborator

y services, diagnostic services, and prescription access to patients. We also provide patients with tools they need to manage their conditions and maintain their health beyond our office, such as blood pressure cuffs, glucose monitoring strips, and medication. Loudoun Free Clinic relies on the financial support of donors. We are a 501(c)3 organization and donations are tax-deductible.

Additional tremendous thanks and recognition to the and the Prince William County Community Foundation for facilitating this grantmaking and connecting Amazon’s community investment funds with committed community partners.

Loudoun Free Clinic is honored to be a 2026 100WomenStrong of Loudoun County grantee! This year's funding is projected to directly impact more than 105,000 Loudoun County residents. At the clinic, their grant will fund our culturally-competent case management work, which connects patients with specialty medical care and other essential services and resources. We are grateful to this giving circle of generous, concerned community leaders for supporting our most vulnerable neighbors - and investing over $6 million in our community to date!

We love our fabulous volunteer, Carmen!

Born in Mexico City, Carmen’s lifelong commitment to service was forged during three decades in southern Africa. While living in Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Tanzania, she dedicated herself to teaching children with disabilities, discovering a profound sense of fulfillment in grassroots volunteerism. Drawn to its mission of providing free healthcare to individuals who would otherwise have limited or no access, she joined the Loudoun Free Clinic as a medical interpreter when she moved to the United States in 2014.

Carmen has contributed over 1,000 hours of service to the clinic. She approaches her work with care, warmth, and dedication. She has learned patience, perseverance, and the importance of kindness. Her years of service continue to make a meaningful difference to the lives of vulnerable patients and their families. https://loudounfreeclinic.org/
