Loudoun Free Clinic provides healthcare at no cost to low-income, uninsured adults in Loudoun County Thank you for your support!

The mission of Loudoun Free Clinic is to support healthcare services for Loudoun County residents who, as a result of economic or other barriers, would otherwise do without. Our patients are adults (ages 19+) who earn less than 300% of the federal poverty level and do not have health insurance. Our staff and volunteers provide general medical services, preventative care, well-woman care, laboratory services, diagnostic services, and prescription access to patients. We also provide patients with tools they need to manage their conditions and maintain their health beyond our office, such as blood pressure cuffs, glucose monitoring strips, and medication. Loudoun Free Clinic relies on the financial support of donors. We are a 501(c)3 organization and donations are tax-deductible.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Paola brings over four years of experience in the medical field as a CNA, CMA, and receptionist. She has worked in primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, and neurology. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three dogs!

Meet Sally Mathews, our Finance and Benefits Manager! Sally has been part of Loudoun Free Clinic since March 2023 and is a CPA with more than 40 years of experience in public accounting and with private and nonprofit organizations.

At the clinic, Sally works closely with our staff to support the care they provide to patients. She especially enjoys hearing patients’ success stories and seeing the difference the clinic makes in their lives. She believes everyone deserves access to healthcare and that our community is stronger when we care for one another.

Outside of work, Sally loves to travel and enjoys researching and planning her next adventure. She also volunteers with her church, reads, and spends time with her family.

Sally encourages our patients to take care of themselves and make their health a priority. Taking care of your health also helps you better care for your family. We’re grateful to have Sally on our team and appreciate everything she does to support our staff, patients, and community.
