Happy Mother’s Day to every mom doing it all — especially the ones doing it alone. 🤍

This day hits different for me. I’m a single mother, and I started Empowered Mums because I know firsthand what it feels like to need support and not know where to turn. The groceries. The donated goods. The village that shouldn’t have to be built from scratch — but sometimes is.

This nonprofit isn’t just a mission. It’s personal.
If you’re a single mom today, I see you. You are not invisible, you are not forgotten, and you are not alone.

This past Saturday, we came together for our Winter Essentials Campaign and it was a beautiful reminder of what community truly looks like.

Because of the generosity of our sponsors, volunteers, and supporters, we were able to provide families with hats, gloves, jackets, household essentials, food, and even toys for the children. More than items, we shared warmth, care, and moments of joy during a season that can be especially hard for many.

I am deeply grateful for partners like and .risk along for every person who showed up with their time, hearts, and hands. This work is only possible because of community, and I’m so thankful to be part of one that truly shows up.
