Left over incorrect ribbons - perfectly good by bar pin instead of military clasps I wanted for the program.

Sometimes the manufacturer delivered incorrect product - and didn’t want it back.

These are Silver Freedom medals
Which came in with incorrect ribbons (bar pins vs military clasps) and shiny silver instead of pewter.

I have a lot of these - great for projects, clubs, participation medals, etc.

I have:
- 183 shiny silver Freedom medals with military clasps
- approx 50 ribbons with bar pin (red freedom color)
- approx 50 shiny freedom stars (unattached)

While I no longer operate Youth Patriotism Awards - I hope my words here are how we all approach this weekend.

May we pause... for more than just a heartbeat... to remember and truly appreciate the dedication, selflessness, and active citizenship that those that served and died for our country have demonstrated...

May we set aside our selfish needs and understand that "We the People" is the higher calling that we should all adopt... may we know that while we may have differences of opinions and points of view, we are all Americans and by that we have a life-long obligation to be Active, Servant Citizens and that we MUST join together to lead and create the greatest nation of freedom on the earth.

Our children are watching... how will they remember and judge us, the living? - may they see us being inspired to action by the amazing men and women that served and died for our country - may they be inspired as well... and together may we proudly and honorably work together to help those that need help, and strengthen our country in all that we do.

From Youth Patriotism Awards, have a happy and safe Memorial Day weekend... but we ask that you keep the example of our fallen in your mind and in your life... and together we will continue to strengthen "the great experiment" and grow as a people.... "... One Nation under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All."
