📣 URGENT NEED: Help a former foster youth secure housing for his young family: A former foster youth, and a determined young dad has worked hard, shown up for his family, and overcome more than most people will ever see. Now, he has the opportunity to secure safe and stable housing—but he needs help covering first and last month’s rent plus a security deposit to make it happen.

We’re raising $1,000 to help him cross this finish line and step into the next chapter of stability, dignity, and hope with his family.

Grateful to have joined our incredible partners Project Belong Virginia at the latest Loudoun Chamber of Commerce meeting to share about an often overlooked but deeply urgent issue—supporting aged-out foster youth as they transition into adulthood.

These young adults face unique challenges in securing housing, employment, and community, and we were honored to highlight how local businesses and community leaders can be part of the solution.

Thank you to everyone who welcomed us into the conversation. Together, we can build a stronger, more supportive future for all youth in our region.

March was BUSY, but every moment was worth it! From securing housing for foster youth to strengthening partnerships with fellow nonprofits, we’re building a stronger support system for those who need it most.

A special shoutout to everyone who helped us provide breakfast to the incredible social workers in our county, provide housing assistance, and organize a cleaning event for foster youth—this work is only possible because of YOU!

🎯 Kicking Off the Year with Community and Impact! 🎯

A HUGE thank-you to Axes and O’s for helping us host our first event of the year with the amazing foster teens we have the privilege to serve! The laughter, connections, and bullseyes made it a night to remember.

That same evening, we joined the Loudoun Continuum of Care and fellow community members for the annual Point-In-Time (PIT) Count. This vital effort involves driving through the county to count individuals and families experiencing homelessness, providing a snapshot of the housing crisis in our community.

💡 Why does the PIT Count matter?
The data collected informs resources, programs, and funding to support those in need, ensuring no one is overlooked. It’s a crucial step toward understanding and addressing homelessness right here in Loudoun County.

Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected community. Thank you for being part of this journey!
