Dear Community Members,
Nepali American Community Center is organizing monthly Musical Meet events at NACC Building starting on April. This will be a monthly event during first weekend of the month. Please see attached flyer for details. If you like to participate in the event, please fill out this JotForm before March 30 so that we can plan it appropriately.

Event Dates: April 2, May 1, and June 4, 2022

Here are some details of the events:
• This will be a first come first serve.
• Members of any age are welcome to participate including adolescents and young adults.
• Interested people will bring their hand drums and form a circle their one instrument for music.
• Each person will be at least 6 feet away from other person.
• Singers will stay at least 12 feet away from other members.
• Everyone will bring their own chair to sit on.
• Any audience who wants to sing is welcome but will keep a distance from other people of at least 12 feet.
• NACC will provide mixer and speaker if needed and possible.
• If there are more than one specific instrument players, there will be a rotation of 15 minutes to accommodate everyone.
• NACC will not take any responsibility of any kind and participants are taking their own risks to participate in this program.
• By participating in this program, all participants waive any liability towards NACC which may arise from this event.
