Dear Residents,

On the evening of Wednesday, June 11th, between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, a group of young adults was observed at the community pool. During this time, inappropriate music and behavior were noted. Additionally, as several vehicles—including cars, trucks, and a Jeep—left the parking lot, careless driving was observed, including one Jeep that exited by driving through the grass.

As a reminder, the HOA Board does not have police authority to address or prevent such conduct. We strongly encourage all residents to report this type of activity to the police immediately. These actions may fall under the category of "disturbing the peace," and the Board is prepared to cooperate with law enforcement and pursue prosecution if necessary.

Attached are several photos taken from our surveillance cameras showing the vehicles and some individuals present during the incident. If you recognize anyone in the images, we ask that you speak with them directly about the seriousness of this behavior. Please remind them that such conduct is not acceptable in our community and will result in police involvement if it continues.
