💥 Social Creamery showed up and showed out, at the first ever AAPI x MOBB MARKET inside the Crossroads Hotel.
Keyo and Avery had a blast serving our yummy Ube and Pandan ice cream for . They started dancing and grooving more, after brought her girls to hang out too. Then... it became a party!!
It's awesome to see everyone come out to support our local small businesses here in KC. The location was tight too because you could enjoy our AAPI stuff, and you could enjoy what the hotel had to offer too... from foods to games to drinks.
I asked of MADE MOBB, Why they decided to do this??
He said, they knew that I always started the month of May with our Taste of AAPI Food & Cultural Festival, so just wanted to do something fun to close Out the month of May for AAPI MONTH.
** Every year, my family is part of Iowa's HUGE CelebrAsian Festival, which drew in over 80,000 people last weekend. Not only that, their AAPI COMMUNITY is actually more Tight knit than ours here in KC.
I say that because I've been part of both cities, both communities. Here in KC, the unity isn't as tight as the smaller city of Des Monies BUT that's why we're doing things like this. It's starting to grow more and more each year.
Our team, the team, the team, the team... just want to bring everyone together and have a good time, while sharing our cultures.
