April 7th is National Walking Day! It also happens to be our Chipotle Fundraiser day! I s'pose you could walk there (or drive, or bike) either way, it is another great opportunity to help out your Lady Tigers. Don't forget to show the flyer when you come in!!

Good morning!! A week that started in the worst possible way for a car wash fundraiser is ending with sunshine!! Yay! Wash those cars this weekend! We keep 50%—that’s huge!

Feels so good to be back!!!
For anyone who isn't already aware, lacrosse is different from some of the other school sports in that it's technically a club and therefore the program receives no funding assistance from the school district. That means it takes all of us doing our part to contribute to the team fundraising efforts to cover all the costs of the season. We know it's been a rough year, and with COVID, some of the successful fundraisers of the past just aren't possible this year. We've tried to find some ways to conduct fundraising events that should be easy to participate in and involve doing things you'd likely already do anyway--eat, shop and wash your car!

PERCENTAGE CONTRIBUTION NIGHTS (Currently have 3 of these scheduled):
March 15-March 21 Charlie's Car Wash
This starts this Monday and is a week long fundraiser. We will get to keep 50% of all sales we bring in which is a very generous payout! Please plan to get your car(s) washed next week sometime! We'll also get 50% of any Wash e-gifts purchased during this period.

April 7--Chipotle Night 5:00-9:00 pm
This will be at the 291 location, and we have a home game this night. Make plans to grab dinner either before or after the game!

April 20--Jose Peppers night
Yes, we like our Mexican food! We get 20% of sales with the flyer that will be posted. Reminders will be plentiful!:-)

GIFT CARD PURCHASES
Tigers Lacrosse is signed up to receive percentage rebates back on giftcards and e-cards purchased through either ShopWithScrip or FlipGive. If you have a store or restaurant you frequent often, buying a giftcard to shop or eat there is a super easy way to help the club earn money back.

FRIEND AND FAMILY DONATIONS
Last but not least, if you have any friends or family members who want to support your player, every little $10 or $20 donation adds up!! Tigers Lacrosse has a Venmo account -Lacrosse for people who use Venmo. For those who do not, they can donate directly via credit card at FlipGive https://www.flipgive.com/teams/256208?fundraiser_id=1446738 (a 6% fee is charged for these transactions.)

It’s that time of year!!! Fall ball sign ups are OPEN! New and returning players are welcome!

This season each team will also be entered in the KC Heartland Fall Classic 7v7 tournament played on October 26-27 at Westridge against local and regional teams.
