What if the thing standing between you and Jesus isn’t something blatantly sinful?

What if it’s something you’ve built, worked for, prayed for, or been blessed with?

The rich young ruler had plenty of good things in his life. But when Jesus asked him to surrender the one thing he couldn’t let go of, he walked away.

The issue wasn’t what he had. The issue was what had him.

Following Jesus means giving Him more than our sin. It means giving Him our success, our plans, our possessions, our dreams, and ultimately, our whole lives.

What’s one thing you need to place back in Jesus’ hands?

Following Jesus is about allowing a him to transform EVERY part of your life, and not just some of it. This means learning to trusts God’s direction even when the instructions are as simple as, “Follow Me.”

This Past Sunday, we learned Jesus didn’t just call Matthew away from a tax booth. He invited Him into a completely different way of living.

This Saturday, we have the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

Our Mobile Food Pantry is one of the simplest ways to make a real impact in our community. Together, we'll help distribute food, welcome families, and create an environment where people feel cared for.

What a Sunday!

Week 2 of Conversations was full of worship, community, and powerful moments together. We're so thankful for everyone who joined us!

On Sunday, we started a brand-new series called, Conversations. This week, we looked at a conversation between Jesus and Nicodemus.

There’s something comforting about this story. Nicodemus didn’t have all the answers. He wasn’t immediately courageous with his faith. He didn’t become a devoted follower of Jesus overnight. His faith grew one conversation at a time.

If you take one thing away from the message this week, it’s this: “Don’t confuse “not finished” with “not faithful.””

Jesus is patient enough to meet you where you are and loving enough to keep inviting you forward.

Tomorrow is Fathers Day at Hope Chapel. Dads, in honor of the World Cup, wear your favorite jersey and rep your country or favorite sports team.

We’ve got a treat for everyone after service and World Cup themed photo booth for your family photo.
