Today was more successful than I could have ever imagined. We raised over$1,300 for the garden renovations at the colonel Robert L. Howard State Veterans Home in Pell City! Thank you to everyone who came out to support our veterans! I know papa is looking down and so proud of our community for coming together for our heroes❤️💙🤍

Thank you to The American Legion Post 107 for hosting, Butts To Go for catering, Coach D Music for entertaining, Ashville Inflatables for donating the best inflatables, and Frost Bite Shaved Ice for providing goodies!

Join me on behalf of Willing Hearts Devoted to Heroes for our Red, White, & Blue BBQ on May 23rd from 10 AM–2 PM at The American Legion Post 107in Leeds! All proceeds will go toward renovating the gardens at the Colonel Robert L. Howard State Veterans Home in honor of my grandfather and the incredible veterans who call it home.

✨ What to expect:
• Delicious BBQ plates from Butts To Go for only $13 a plate!
• Live music by Coach D Music
• Kona Ice from 11:30–1:30
• Inflatables for the kids
• Drinks inside the American Legion
• Great food, community, and family fun all day long!

BBQ plates are available for pre-order and will also be sold day-of until we run out! We would love for the community to come together to support our veterans while making memories with the whole family.

Hi, everyone! We are less than two weeks away from the Willing Hearts Devoted to Heroes Veterans Benefit Concert, and we have some EXCITING news!

Thanks to the support of The Pants Store in Leeds, we will be raffling off a gift basket which will include a $100 PANTS STORE GIFT CARD!!!! I don't know about y'all, but I can't get enough of that place

The Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center will hold its Quarterly Veteran Town Hall on Wednesday, February 26th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in the Building 137 Sports Atrium.

The Town Hall will include updates from the Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Benefits Administration, National Cemetery Administration, and the Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs.

Highlights of the event will include claims assistants from the Veterans Benefits Administration will be on-site to assist with filing compensation and pension claims, Enrollment and Eligibility Specialists to assist with on-the-spot enrollment, as well as information about programs provided by the Tuscaloosa VA to assist Veterans, their families and Caregivers.
