📣 DID YOU KNOW???
A GRAPHING CALCULATOR IS AN IMPORTANT TOOL FOR ADVANCED MATH SUCCESS.
📊 AP PRECALCULUS
A graphing calculator is REQUIRED for portions of the AP Exam.
📈 AP CALCULUS AB & BC
A graphing calculator is REQUIRED for portions of the AP Exam.
📉 AP STATISTICS
Students are expected to have access to a graphing calculator with statistical capabilities.
🎯 SAT MATH
Calculators may be used throughout the Math section. The SAT provides a built-in Desmos graphing calculator, and students may also use an approved handheld graphing calculator.
College Board encourages students to practice with—and use—a calculator they are familiar with on test day.
Having consistent access matters.
Students need the opportunity to learn, practice and become comfortable with graphing technology before they reach an advanced math class or a high-stakes exam.
🎓 Access matters. Practice matters. Preparation matters.

STEM Inspiration 💙

This week’s inspiration is dedicated to an outstanding high school math teacher right here in Lee County who always reminds us of something important:

You can wish for results, or you can work for them.

Success in math—and in life—doesn’t come from simply hoping things will get easier. It comes from asking questions, working through the difficult parts, learning from mistakes, and continuing until you understand.

Thank you to the teachers who challenge students, encourage them, and remind them that effort matters.

At Create To Educate, that’s a message we believe is worth sharing. 💙
