We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and relationship-focused Housing Case Manager (HCRP) to join our team and help families move from housing crisis to housing stability.
This is more than a case management position. It's an opportunity to walk alongside families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives—listening without judgment, building trust, removing barriers, and helping create pathways toward lasting independence.
