Assist students in exploring career options

Identify and assess applicants and help create an Individual Service Strategy (ISS)

Work with each applicant to encourage and guide them toward receiving a high school diploma or equivalent

Work with each applicant to prepare them for employment as well as self sufficiency

Are committed to helping youth in Wilson County and to encourage life-long learning and independence in today’s workplace
