Our Wednesday Night series is Love In Action! The kids are learning different ways they can share the love of God through their actions.

Last night we put candy in bags and a little note inviting families to come to our church. These bags will be handed out to kids Trick or Treating at the local firehouse. They filled over 200 bags to be handed out. But before they go to the firehouse the kids prayed over the bags of candy!

Hey, parents! As you’re heading to your next destination, let’s start a conversation. There are lots of ways we can daily pursue a closer relationship with Jesus.

Here are some ideas to get you started:
• Keep a prayer journal
• Read the Bible
• Worship
• Serve at church
• Practice gratitude

Read Zacchaeus’s adventure pursuing Jesus in Luke 19:1–10.

We want to be a part of your family discussion! Share your thoughts, conversations and practical ways to pursue God in the comments below.

We started a new series in church last week about what our faith looks like when we understand that when Jesus left He told us He would return. We will be continuing this theme all month. Can't wait to see you this Sunday ( it's also Bible Buck Store Sunday)

Put this on your calendar!! We have so much fun with games, prizes, and family.

We learned on Sunday how to share Jesus with our friends. Just like Paul, we can share about Jesus with our friends, but we have to know Jesus and who He was to be able to share him. Help your kids to read His word daily to prepare them to be ready to share about Jesus!
