Even if today is hard, I’ll keep going.
Even if the craving comes, I won’t go back.
Even if people don’t understand my journey, I’ll keep choosing recovery.
Even if the relationship isn’t restored, I’ll forgive.
Even if the door doesn’t open, I’ll trust God.
Even if God doesn’t answer the way I hoped, He is still good.
Even if I have to walk through the fire, I will not walk away from Him.

Faith isn’t only believing that God can change our circumstances. Sometimes faith is trusting Him even when He doesn’t.

Recovery requires that kind of faith—the kind that says:

“God, I know You can… but even if You don’t, I’m still choosing You.”

That’s EVEN IF faith. 💙

Some of our Lane Change team has spent the last two days learning, growing, and being encouraged at the 9th Annual Intersection of Christian Beliefs and Recovery Seminar in Jefferson City. ❤️

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to strengthen our understanding of how faith and recovery intersect and to be better equipped to walk alongside those we serve.

At Lane Change, we believe lasting recovery is about more than changing behaviors—it’s about hope, healing, connection, and transformation through Christ. ✝️

We’re coming home encouraged, equipped, and ready to put what we’ve learned into action!

Always learning. Always growing. Always pointing people toward hope. 🧡

We are not their Savior.

In recovery work, it can be easy to feel responsible for fixing every problem, carrying every burden, or making sure someone succeeds. We care deeply about the people we serve—but there is a difference between supporting someone and trying to save them.

Our job is to love people well, speak truth, provide support, offer resources, encourage accountability, and walk beside them.

But ultimately, we are here to lead them to the One who can do what we cannot.

We can plant seeds.
We can point the way.
We can walk beside them.
But Jesus is the Savior.

“Neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.” — 1 Corinthians 3:7

At Lane Change, we want to serve faithfully—and trust God with the outcome. ❤️

Our very own Stacy had the opportunity to sit down with Emma McDaris TV from KY3 and share her story as part of a special feature on Treatment Court. 🎥

We’re incredibly thankful for the work being done through Treatment Court and for people like Stacy who are willing to use their story to show others that recovery is possible and lives can be changed. 💚

“I’ve been where you are, and recovery is possible.”

We are excited to announce that Stephan Oliver is officially a Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) and is serving our community at Lane Change!

Stephan’s journey gives him a unique ability to walk alongside others with understanding, compassion, and hope. As a Certified Peer Specialist, he will use his lived experience to encourage, support, and empower individuals as they navigate their own recovery journeys.

At Lane Change, we believe that hope is contagious—and there’s something powerful about hearing, “I’ve been where you are, and recovery is possible.” Stephan brings that hope every day.

Congratulations on earning your CPS certification, Stephan! We’re grateful to have you on our team and look forward to the lives that will be impacted through your service.

Welcome to the Lane Change family! 🙌🏼 We can’t wait to see all that God has in store.
