Does anyone have any knowledge of a blue Kansas state flag with Lebanon Kansas on it that flew at the Center? Have you seen it? If so, when? Asking for a friend.

The fabulous Marilyn Maye! Born in Wichita, as a young girl she won a singing contest in Topeka where the family lived for three years until the end of her contract. They moved to Iowa where she was discovered by Warren Durrett, former hometown boy who moved to the big city in search of fortune and fame. His big band orchestra was well known in Kansas City and on the road. He and Marilyn played at the Colony restaurant for 11years as well as radio advertisements until Steve Allen discovered her. She performed on the Tonight Show more than any entertainer. At 97 she’s still performing and belting out those songs.
