The Boone County Historical Society was first organized in October 1923 It was active into the early 1930s but went dormant until 1977 when Ralph W. BCHS is a not for profit organization dedicated to the preservation of Boone County history and governed by a board of directors. We operate out of the historic and beloved Cragun House located in Lebanon, IN. Contact us to set up a tour!
