Heading to the fireworks celebration this weekend? You can pay it forward and help your neighbors! We hope to see you there!

FOOD DRIVE INFO for September 5, 2026 – FIREWORKS NIGHT at the Lebanon Valley Exposition Center & Fairgrounds this weekend.

Lebanon County Christian Ministries will bring their van to take in food donations as folks arrive attending the fireworks. Monetary donations also are gratefully accepted.

A meal is so much more than what’s on the plate - it’s an opportunity to connect, serve, and remind our neighbors that they are cared for. ❤️

We are incredibly thankful for the volunteers who helped make last week’s Free Noon Meals possible: Mary Gate of Heaven Catholic Church, Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Salem Lutheran Church Lebanon, PA, Deb’s Fab Friends, Living Waters Chapel, Lebanon Area Evangelical Free Church, and Lebanon Mens Rescue Mission.

Whether you were cooking, serving, greeting guests, cleaning up, or simply stepping in wherever you were needed, your time and willingness to serve made a meaningful difference. Every helping hand contributed to creating a welcoming place for our community.

At Lebanon County Christian Ministries, we are blessed by the many people and organizations who faithfully come alongside us. Your generosity helps make it possible to offer not only a meal, but also fellowship, encouragement, and kindness to those who walk through our doors.

This summer, our community showed up in a BIG way to support our neighbors through three incredible food drives!

🥫 Gristicks Fresh Market – Christmas in July
459 lbs. of food + $369 donated

Grocery Outlet – Independence from Hunger
520 lbs. of food + $272 donated

☀️ Sunset Outlet – Summer Food Drive
581 lbs. of food + $208 donated

✨ TOTAL: 1,560 POUNDS OF FOOD + $849 IN DONATIONS! ✨

Every can, box, bag, and dollar represents a community coming together to care for our neighbors.

These generous donations will help Lebanon County Christian Ministries (LCCM) continue its mission to share the love of Jesus through food, shelter, and connections, promoting well-being and fostering a healthier community. Donations of food help provide nourishment to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity, while financial gifts help LCCM continue providing practical support and connecting neighbors with resources and services.

To everyone who donated, volunteered, promoted these food drives, or simply encouraged someone else to participate: THANK YOU! Your generosity is making a tangible difference in the lives of our neighbors.
