But what does AS-IS actually mean?
Sometimes it means an item has cosmetic wear, missing parts, or may need a little TLC 🔧

But sometimes it simply means we don’t have the proper tools, hookups, or setup to fully test it. In those cases, we price it accordingly and pass the savings on to you 🙌

Translation? You might find a hidden gem, a DIY project, or a perfectly good item at a dirt-cheap price 💚

What some see as demolition, we see as opportunity.
Through our Deconstruction program, cabinets, doors, lighting, vanities, tubs, and other building materials are carefully salvaged and given a second life instead of ending up in a landfill 🔨♻️

Those materials then make their way to the ReStore, where they're ready for a new project, a new home, and a new purpose.

Saving usable materials. Supporting our community. Making an impact, one project at a time 👏
