The Turnaround hosted two special events last week. I don't want either to go unnoticed. I am thankful for the opportunity to pour into these wonderful events both physically with food and spiritually with prayer to prosper them both. The Bullitt County Homemakers Association (affiliated with the Bullitt County Extension Office on Halls Lane) invited us to serve the women in this program. It was truly an honor to see so many women coming together for crafting, laughing, eating, enjoying each other's company, and all getting along. What a blessing. Event 2 was near and dear to my heart. I am awaiting pictures, but it was a great feeling knowing that 50 pounds of hamburger meat (cooked 60 pounds) and grilled 20 pounds of chicken and fajita mix were cooked and fed to all the seniors, the class of 2026, at Bullitt Central who attended Project Graduation. I was told it was a huge hit. I am so blessed to give back to the ladies who worked so hard to make this night the best night ever for the seniors of Bullitt Central High School. We love these kids and we love what they stand for. We pray blessings over their future and protection as they go about their future endeavors. We upped our feeding numbers to 250 people last week; let's see what this week brings. Let's go, God, and help us help others. Thanks to all who helped make this possible for The Turnaround and these events. Love you all.
