Santa’s Elf’s are hard at work at the Ricky McDowell Music Scholarship workshop!!! Thanks to your support we’re able to help our fathers other passion which is helping to make sure kids wake up Christmas morning to see what Santa brought them!!

Christmas is about giving to those who may be struggling to provide for their families. No child should ever wake up and feel like Santa didn’t come. One thing my dad was deeply passionate about was making sure kids never had to endure that feeling.

Thanks to everyone who stepped up this year, The Ricky McDowell Music Scholarship is proud to provide 25 personalized stockings for this year’s Iron Reindeer event.

Each stocking will be thoughtfully created and tailored to each child—because every kid deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and loved during the holidays.

You ALL DID IT AGAIN!!! My goal was to add a 3rd scholarship to a local school and I am super excited to announce that we exceeded that goal!!! We are able to add 2 more schools!! We now will offer 4 local music scholarships along with continuing to help Band of Angels to provide private lessons for kiddos.

Any CHIEFS or NASCAR/BUSH series fans out there? If so you won’t want to miss the Auction!! We have tickets for Chiefs VS Denver game the Bush series race and the NASCAR Truck series!!
We have so many awesome items to auction off, we also have hand made crochet blankets, Gift cards for massages, Gift Cards to some nice local hotels, cigar basket, locally made organic products, Cakes, Halloween baskets, a few motorcycle items including a La Pera motorcycle seat, bounce house rental gift card and much more!! We will also be having A silent Auction.

Along with the local music Scholarships many dont know we also help kids where financially barriers may exist chase their dreams of learning an instrument by providing private music lessons. Music plays a big part in helping kids develop important skills such as it enhances cognitive function, reduces stress and anxiety, helps boost creativity and it promotes social connection. That’s just a few benefits.
