Join us for an evening of song and connection at Clear Heart Sanctuary in Leavenworth. We’ll gather in circle to sing simple, heart-opening songs that are easy to learn and inviting for all voices, with no experience needed. This month, we may gently weave in elements of the Dances of Universal Peace, a moving meditation inspired by Sufi tradition that blends voice, rhythm, and simple steps to deepen connection.

Come as you are, bring a water bottle and anything that helps you feel comfortable. Whether you sing, move, or simply take it in, you’re welcome here.

FYI dear familia… This is our last dance before a we take a break. Starting back up again March 18th and 28th!

Let’s be together in a safe and healing space to share expression, joy, grief, and prayer through movement. We all need places right now where we are free to be ourselves and remember who we are. This is a judgment free environment…no substances. Just our hearts, our bodies, and a music journey to become our own medicine.

This gathering is an invitation to come home to the heart through voice, movement, and shared presence. Held in the energy of the full moon, we’ll gather in community to open our voices, soften into connection, and move together in ways that honor both individual expression and the collective field.

We’ll begin by warming up with song and gentle connection, creating a grounded and welcoming container. From there, Klarity will guide us through an embodied Dance Medicine journey—inviting the body to listen, release, and express. We’ll close by returning to song, weaving our voices together and landing the experience in shared reflection and heartful connection.

When I am loving awareness I’m aware of everything outside, but pulling into the heart, the spiritual heart brings me to loving awareness. I’m aware of my thoughts, but loving awareness is simply witnessing them. And loving awareness is in the moment. I have thoughts about the past and future, and those are not helpful, so I dive deep into the present and the presence and in this present moment we will find loving awareness.

This moment is love. I am infinite. I am loving awareness. 🌀
