I didn't realize that we've not updated in almost 2 years. So, I wanted to jump on and do a quick update. Daddy is still with us, which is a miracle in itself. We've been blessed with having him for the past 2 years. I'm reminded daily that only God knows how long we have on this earth, not man. His pain has increased gradually over the past couple of years and is pretty bad right now. Thankfully the medicine helps him manage as much as possible. He knows how much he is loved every day. Please continue to keep him in your prayers. I promise we all feel them, and they are desperately needed. God is a miracle worker and has been hearing them. If you'd like to post on this page with a memory for Daddy to read, please feel free to do so. Again, we are very thankful and blessed for each and every one of you.

UPDATE! Pet scan showed no major changes. The cancer is still there but hasn't spread anymore, even the doctor was amazed! KEEP PRAYING, GOD IS ANSWERING OUR PRAYERS.. Thank you all for praying.

I wanted to give a quick update on Daddy this morning. His pain has increased, but his energy levels have been great most days. He’s still not taking chemo or Immunotherapy. He goes back this month for a scan to see if the cancer has spread. So please continue to keep him in your prayers.
As a family, we would like to thank each and every one of you for your prayers and donations. It means so much to us.
Also, I believe we still have the Angel Leigh merchandise to give away, and some family members donated a blanket to raffle. We will post the blanket soon. I’ve not updated in awhile, because we’ve not really known what treatment option daddy would choose. He still hasn’t decided 100% because they are still waiting on his last blood test to come back. So I’m asking for more prayers. We’re praying that his blood test comes back with markers showing he can take a better chemo treatment than what the doctors are purposing at this time. The doctors said there is only an 18-20% chance he would have this marker, but with God all things are possible. We’re praying for the right marker to appear so that Daddy can get the best treatment option available right now. If a marker doesn’t appear (I hope I’m saying this right), his only options are 3 drugs (2 chemo and 1 immune therapy) at the same time that can be horrible on his body. So please join in with me to pray that his blood work will open the door to better treatment options so that my daddy, mom, me, and my sisters can have peace about the next steps in Daddy’s recovery ❤️ thank y’all so much!!
