We are proud to officially welcome Guerrilla Warfare Jiu-Jitsu as an affiliated Fight for Frontline Foundation partner gym — opening their doors June 1, 2026.
Located in the heart of Bay City at 2211 Ave G, Guerrilla Warfare isn’t just a gym — it’s a community built around discipline, resilience, and brotherhood. And starting June 1, that community will be home to sponsored veterans and active law enforcement officers through the F4 program.

"Before F4, I always wanted to train but never had the means to make it a reality. This program changed that." Christopher Eakes is active duty U.S. Coast Guard and has been sponsored by F4 for over a year. He found a community that understands the grind. This is why we fight💪🏾

FREE to Veteran or LEO — Fix/Keep Them or Flip Them 💰
I have 3 commercial-grade cardio machines available FREE to any Veteran or Law Enforcement Officer.
1. Precor 956i Commercial Treadmill w/ TV
Machine powers on and works, but while using it the workout randomly stops and goes to the workout summary screen. I already replaced the stop microswitch, but issue still exists.
2. STEX 8020e Commercial Elliptical
Great machine overall. The only issue is the TV/display problem. If someone can figure that out, this thing is awesome.
3. Precor EFX 576i Commercial Elliptical
Everything works as it should, but one side needs adjustment — possibly tightening something or replacing a bearing on the foot roller. Motion just isn’t perfectly smooth. I simply don’t have the time to mess with it.
These are commercial gym-quality machines — great opportunity for someone handy to repair, keep, or flip for extra cash.
Must be Veteran or LEO. First come, first served.
