The rain should hold off for the race. I will be at the course before 3pm. We should be good to go for our last race of the season. My best guess is our next season will start on November 8th. Don’t forget about the waivers parents. We want to see a good amount of parents running the mile today.

It's Parent Mile Week.

Wow that went fast! It's almost time for the final race of the season.

1. Parent Mile Waiver
A true HKRS tradition - at the last race it's the parents' turn to run! The Parent Mile usually takes place after the last participant race. All adults MUST sign THIS WAIVER: https://parentmile.paperform.co/ in order to participate. Please have your confirmation email ready at the start line.

2. Medals
All HKRS runners will receive a participation medal at the end of the last race. Congrats on a job well done! Don't forget to tag us in your pictures! IG: FB:

The run is on today!! I’m at the fields. There is mud so dress accordingly. I’m wearing sweat pants to avoid getting bit by bugs. There’s a nice breeze for running today.
