Had a real COOL time at White Linen Night 2026! So glad everyone enjoyed their time strolling under the shady Oaks - admiring architecture, being serenaded by talented musicians, all the AmaZIng art, cars new and old, tasty food trucks, icy drinks, and some really cool visitors. Thanks to the City of League City for this wonderful event and highlighting our beautiful Historic District!

What a wonderful recap of White Linen Night 2026!
We are crazy about some of the homes and buildings in the Historic District too so it is nice to hear folks appreciate them. Thinking we might need to do an architectural tour sometime soon? (Gotta love the promo for our hand painted fans😍)

We are ready for WLN 2026 and have so much for you to do and see at the museum! Come down to Kansas Street, cool off inside the museums, listen to some great music, grab an old fashion ice cream, watch a pottery demo, find the history posts throughout the neighborhood, enjoy a cool drink, AND check out or NEW exhibit that just rolled in this morning! 🚌

TONIGHT: Special History Tour at White Linen Night!!

While enjoying the art, music, and festivities of White Linen Night this evening, take part in a unique opportunity to explore League City's rich history.

Visit League City's Historic District Tour: White Linen Night Edition features 24 self-guided stops throughout the city's charming downtown area. For White Linen Night, the experience becomes even more engaging as the League City Historical Society places special markers at each historic site, allowing guests to learn more about the people, places, and stories that shaped the community.

Access the tour through the Visit League City app or online at VisitLeagueCity.com. There will also be small cards available at the event (they look like the graphic pictured) with a QR code on the back that links to the tour.

Hand painted parasols and fans are back for WLN 2026!
Original designs by five talented LCHS artists create a beautiful break from the summer heat. Donations can be by old-fashioned cash or new fangled credit card - so come choose your favorite! 🪭🌞

The Historic District will be all dressed up for White Linen Night 2026! Tents with talented artists, merry musicians traveling the District, Art cars and vintage vehicles for sheer viewing enjoyment, cool drinks and tasty food truck treats, AND a little dusting of League City history throughout the party.💡 Picket signs tied with lovely white bows will be visible along the streets so you can get to know the neighborhood as you walk under the beautiful Live Oaks. Visit League City has created a QR code so you can enjoy strolling the Historic District anytime!

This year we have added NEW Windows of History that focus on the many changes in education. Follow the signs and spend a little time in the shade appreciating how far we have come in the great state of Texas.
