CSHS Chargers JROTC

This weekend, cadets from the CSHS Charger Battalion competed against four other schools in CCISD’s annual JROTC Field Day. The competition held both individual events and team events. Placements are as followed:

Individual Events:
Jacob Bridges - Placed 1st in Medicine ball throw

Team events:
Placed 1st in Tug-of-war
Placed 2nd in Dodge Ball

On Saturday, April 20th, the Clear Springs High School JROTC is hosting a Yard Sale. Please direct any donated items to CSHS, room 1502.

All money donated will be given to the CSHS JROTC Booster-club to help fund future events for our cadets.

On 30 March Cadets from the Charger Battalion participated in our annual CCISD Military Ball. Great job representing the battalion with pride and distinction.

Yesterday, the Charger Battalion had one Cadet compete in the Texas State NASP Archery Tournament shooting a 281 out of a possible 300. Great job!!

Today Cadets from Clear Springs High School JROTC took part in the CCISD Annual Cardboard Boat Regatta and Ranger Swim Competition. They took first place in all three categories for the cardboard boat: design, fastest course time, and max boat capacity. Our Ranger Swim team took second place in the rifle relay. Thank you to all the Cadets who participated and congratulations on your great performance.
