Community is a racial
justice issue and deserves to be recognized and responded to in ways that will shift the paradigm.

S*xual exploitation is a racial justice issue. Black women survivors need our full attention and support in advocating for solutions to the s*x trade.

Oh yeah, and as a quick reminder…

Until s*x trafficking is dutifully addressed in the Black community, s*x trafficking numbers will never decrease.

The statistics are mind-boggling, yet very little is being done on a systemic level to do anything about trafficking Black girls/women, men/boys.

The Debt Bo***ge Repair act was signed into law 12.27.21 and is gaining steam. ALIVE’s co-founder Marian Hatcher is diligently working to ensure the law is known, understood and executed to bring financial stability to trafficking survivors.
