📣 REMINDER — BOOSTER CLUB MEETING TOMORROW NIGHT!

JROTC families, we’d love to see you tomorrow night at our CCHS JROTC Booster Club Meeting! 💜

📅 Tomorrow Night 10/20
⏰ 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 CCHS JROTC Room

We’ll be talking about what’s happening in the Booster Club and what’s coming up for our cadets, including:

• Upcoming JROTC events
• Booster Club expenditures & needs
• Volunteer opportunities
• Ways families can get involved and support our cadets

🙋‍♀️ You don’t have to be a Booster Club officer—or even a regular volunteer—to attend! Parents and families are encouraged to come, ask questions, share ideas, and find out what’s happening.

Every little bit of involvement helps us give our cadets the best JROTC experience possible.

💜 Come join us tomorrow night!

Happy Friday to our JROTC Cadets, Family, Friends, and Alumni!! We are ONE week out from our Homecoming Carnival, Game, Overnight Relay, AND Tom Bass Orienteering and WE NEED YOUR HELP!!

We need 2 Liter Soda Bottles!! As many as we can get! To save you some trouble I checked out where the least expensive sodas are, and the BigK brand at Kroger are always $1!! Plus if you add our organization to your community rewards (screenshots for how included) it’s a FREE way for us to get a few extra dollars every time you shop!
PLUS: CADETS EARN ONE MERIT POINT FOR EVERY BOTTLE THEY BRING IN UP TO 30!!! Ask them how merits work 😉

ALSO:

We are still in need of prizes for homecoming which can be selected from our Amazon Wishlist in the link below OR something you think would make a great prize!

We so appreciate our community and all you have done and continue to do for our Cadets! Please repost, forward, etc!! The Amazon wishlist ships directly to the booster club and you can send a message if you require assistance getting soda bottles to the school!

Event # 1 of this months jam packed two weeks of events is in the books!! Trunk-or-Treat was a HUGE success! We saw loads of families bringing their children to enjoy a nice safe place to Trick-or-Treat, but of course it wouldn’t be complete without some JROTC push-up challenges and of course the cadets who were dressed as Major Payne’s finest 🤣🤣

Thank you so much to our JROTC community!! The instructors, cadets, family, and friends who donated candy, showed up to support, and cheered on cadets as they did pushups and handed out candy! Without our community we wouldn’t have handed out nearly as much candy or had as much fun!!

A special thank you goes out to The Luttrell family as they were all there to support the cadets and even pulled the jeep out for a special appearance! We are so appreciative of your support!

Keep your eyes peeled for more photos captured by our S5 cadets that will show more of what was going on and of course show you some faces!

📣📣ATTENTION📣📣

Our GiveButter Annual Fundraiser is underway!!! This is our main fundraiser for the year that helps us keep ticket costs for the Military Ball low for our cadets!! It also helps us pay for activity dues, snacks, needed items for the classroom, etc!!! If you have received an email from your favorite cadet from GiveButter to donate for their class, please consider donating! So far we have raised $540 of our $15,000 goal!

It takes a lot of money to make this program run smoothly and as we are all feeling, costs go up most every year. Every single dollar, snack, item, etc donated (less any fees) goes right to your favorite cadets.

Below is the link to the general page for the fundraiser! We appreciate our community and all you do for our cadets!
