The Charles D. Bertolet Building Board of Directors would like to announce the resignation of our longtime Building Manager, Katie Sheely.

Katie has dedicated countless hours to the building and the community over the years, helping support events, rentals, and the day-to-day operations that keep the building running smoothly. We sincerely appreciate her hard work, commitment, and service, and we wish her the very best in her future endeavors.

As we begin this transition, the Board plans to fill the Building Manager position in the near future. Additional information regarding the position, responsibilities, and application process will be posted in the coming days.

We appreciate the community’s patience and continued support during this time.

Did you know the Bertolet Building has a full kitchen available as part of your rental (included with main hall rentals) or it can be rented separately at a daily rate. Our kitchen is inspected by the OCHD yearly and is deep cleaned every 3 months to ensure it’s ready for use at anytime! With a range of baking sheets, pots and pans and other utensils it’s perfect for for home bakers, large batch chefs or those looking to start their own food based business.
