Le Center Ambulance Serving the city of Le Center since 1974, providing lifesaving basic life support to the community

Since 1974, the Le Center EMS has been dedicated to bringing compassionate, life-saving emergency medical care to our streets, our homes and our workplaces -- to the very hearts of our residents and visitors -- thus making Le Center a safer and healthier place to live. The Le Center Volunteer Ambulance Service serves approximately 4,000 people that live in the Le Center area, and also assist other ambulance and fire departments in Le Sueur County. The Ambulance Service is made up of men and women who have chosen to give their time and skill to help others in the community. We are trained Emergency Medical Technicians that respond to your emergencies at any time of the day. We believe that we provide a valuable service to our community!

Thank you so much to all of the amazing people that came to participate in our 5K run/walk today. It was a great turn out even with the weather not being great. We apprecaite all of you so much.

Thank you to Tri-City United Athletics Director, Chad Johnson, for lending us a clock for our participants to know their times.

Thank you to Le Center Police Department for having an officer help get our participants across the road safely.

I would also like to say a huge thanks to the members of our department. We have come so far in the last couple years and have built such an amazing team. I am proud of each of you and everything you do. You are all constantly giving time and effort to each other and our department and I could not be more proud. All your efforts do not go unnoticed.

We certainly could not have done that without all of your generosity. We also appreciate Le Center Police Department and Le Sueur County Public Health joining us.

We would like to wish a Happy Mother's Day to all out there that are doing the mom thing. For some that may be in the form of being an aunt, a foster parent, a single dad doing the job of both, or pet parent.

No matter whether the women on our service have children of their own or not, we thank them for caring for everyone around them all year long with no questions asked. I could not be more proud than to serve our community next to these amazing ladies.

We need to update our picture as we have had more amazing ladies join our service since it was taken.
