His Haven Ranch is seeking a dependable, experienced Barn Manager to oversee daily horse care, coordinate the barn team, and help keep our barn clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
• Feed horses hay, grain, supplements, and medications on schedule.
• Safely handle turn-outs, turn-ins, stall cleaning, water buckets, hay bags, manure removal, and aisle sweeping.
• Monitor horses daily for illness or injury and provide basic veterinary care as directed.
• Coordinate veterinarian or farrier visits when needed.
• Maintain clean dry lots, Ritchie waterers, and order barn supplies, including feed, hay, supplements, and bedding.
• Schedule and manage barn team members to ensure daily tasks are completed consistently.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Proven horse-handling and barn chore experience.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and residence within 30 miles of the ranch.
• Two recent non-relative work references required.

Schedule and Compensation
This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week. Pay will be determined based on experience.
