This Mental Health Awareness Month, remember: you can’t pour from an empty cup. 💚

So many of us spend our days caring for family, friends, coworkers, clients, patients, students, or communities — but your well-being matters too. Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish; it helps you show up more fully for the people who depend on you.

A few simple ways to support your mental health:

✨ Take breaks without guilt
✨ Get enough sleep and nourish your body
✨ Set healthy boundaries
✨ Spend time outside or move your body
✨ Stay connected with people who support you
✨ Give yourself permission to rest
✨ Reach out for help when you need it

You deserve the same care, compassion, and support that you give to others every day. 💚
