We are needing some input from parents, families, and friends. We are looking into different options of merchandise to sell throughout the year. Please comment with your favorite choice on Freshies for your car, waterbottles for the kids, koozies for cans, and sweatshirts. All of these items will be Woodland Hills theme.

Today we held our last PTA meeting for the school year of 2025-2026. We celebrated Tiffany Campos with her dedication of 4 years involved and active with the PTA. We also celebrated Chesley Graham as a Board member, promoting memberships and serving at the school . Thank you ladies for your time and hardwork throughout the school year.

Thank you to the people/businesses who help sponsor our Teacher/Staff Appreciation week. Your generous donations helped tremendously and we would like to give shout outs. Stace Bohlender with Real Estates Experts, Kevin Trent with US Foods, State Beauty Supply, Mitchell Stafford with Red River Reality, Kristie Jackson, Suzanne Parrish, Page Humphrey at Texas Roadhouse, and many parents who sent in packs of drinks for the week.

Just a reminder Accelerated Reader field trip is today. All kids must have a permission slip signed to go. The bus will be leaving at 9:30 from school and leaving from LOL at 12:30. Each kid will get a nonredemption card to play games(no prizes), 2 slices of pizza and a drink. We will start to serve pizza at 11 by grade level, kindergarten will go first. Kids can purchase extra snacks if they bring money. Kids can bring their own skates if they choose.(they will be responsible for keeping up with them). Parents are also welcome to come but must pay if you choose to play games or get any snacks, food, or drinks.

A permission slip(2 papers) will be coming home today for the Accelerated Reading 4th goal field trip to LOL. Each kid must meet their 4th goal to be able to attend. These must be signed and returned before Thursday. Parents are welcome to attend. Kids will be leaving at 9:30 from school and leaving LOL at 12:30.

Day 5 of teacher/staff appreciation week. Tiki cart rolling through the hallways. The cart was stocked full off goodies. Special thank you to the architect Rhoda Bigman-McDaniel. The raffle ticket for staff will be drawn on Monday for the winner.
