We couldn't let the year end without a heartfelt thank you to our SOS 2025 Cabinet Members. It wouldn't be Spirit of Survival without this incredible team behind the scenes. 💜 The combined leadership, time, and dedication made this year’s event possible from start to finish. Every detail, every station, and every moment of support came together because of their hard work.

A huge shoutout to the Marine School of Artillery for going above and beyond at SOS 2025! 🇺🇸💪

Thirty Marines volunteered their time across the weekend — stocking water, moving furniture, and cheering participants across the finish line. Their hard work, energy, and teamwork made a huge impact on this year’s event!

The Spirit of Survival finish line was full of energy, encouragement, and care — all thanks to an incredible team! 💪✨

A huge thank-you to the Lawton High Steppers for cheering on participants at the Spirit Walk finish line, members of the Major Taylor Cycling Club for handing out medals, and our amazing Cancer Centers of Southwest Oklahoma staff for keeping things running smoothly at registration and in the medical tent. 💜

🎤 It just wouldn’t be Spirit of Survival without Jeri Anderson on the mic! This year, she was joined by Chief Meteorologist Austin Bowling from the Texoma Weather Lab — and together they made the perfect duo! ☀️🎶 From keeping everyone informed to cheering participants across the finish line, these two brought the energy all weekend long. 💪💙

🏁 5K Champions of Spirit of Survival 2025! From lightning-fast finishes to incredible stories of perseverance and heart — this year’s 5K runners brought their all!

🥇 1st & 2nd Place Males: Tyler ( #593) and Zachary ( #592) Rumble from Cache with incredible times of 17:38 and 18:07 — Tyler even lost a shoe and still crossed the line strong! 👟🔥
🥇 1st Place Female: Adrianna Sainz, age 9 from Frederick, OK, finished at 20:41 — then wowed the crowd singing the national anthem later that day! 🎤💖
🥈 2nd Place Female: Christin Miller, 15, from Lawton, OK, crossed the line at 22:03!
🥉 3rd Place Male: Jacob Meza at 18:18, pictured proudly with his father, Dr. Jose Meza, DO from CCMH.
🥉 3rd Place Female: Misty Loafman finished strong with a time of 22:13!

👏 Huge congratulations to all our winners and every participant who showed up with spirit, strength, and heart this year! 💙
