Recognition

Although many of the Historical books of the Bible would be discounted as archaic for the modern Church, we should look instead to them as being rather timely. We may wonder why the need to re-read what once was - considering the fact that we don’t necessarily follow those customs and manners today. So why read? Throughout history, from the Garden of God to the 21st Century Church, when God's witness fails in his people, they’ll enter a state of spiritual captivity and find themselves spiritually or positionally outside (or away from) the designated location (or even ground) - from where God's testimony belongs....

Natural Conclusions

The Good That We Would

While paying attention to the movements of Christ, (apart from the strategies) when studying the Gospel accounts, we can see what appears as 'personal devotion' from him to the Father, (Ps. 40:8) and yet it's not the personal "ground" - but of the Spirit - from whom He takes direction. We might believe that a dedicated will towards God is what He desires in accomplishing His work....

Felt Difficulty

It's very touching to watch a child start to walk. The wobbling, lack of rhythm, stumbles and indeterminate falls, make us feel internally and incredibly fond of what we already know—that is, that they have it in their potential, to one day stand independently in the future. The embrace of a new year brings such hope, such want, and the resolve to go get it. However, the reality for many is the need ‘to get through’. The dread of the past, the downturns, downfalls, and down days are enough to cause us real mental-health problems amongst other pressures leading to su***de and fueled drug/ alchol addictions.
