I’m going to plug the local go-kart track which is located a few miles away. A follower on here owns & runs it and I’m glad he’s keeping it going. He came to our “day in history” event one fall and got some brunswick stew. As a youth I raced go-karts for nearly a decade and my dad was a well known racer too. He was Va State Champion. My best was 3rd for the season. I still have my kart which is now vintage. Maybe I need to get it running?

Brunswick Speedway:

Had A LOT of rain last week. Sump pump has the cellar dry! It’s not my ideal or a permanent solution instead it’s a pinch-hitter until a plumber steps forward to help 😂
