Congrats to our Award winners yesterday at the Council Recognition! Apalachee Scouters Laurie Mierop, Rebecca Eaton, and Terrell Tuten received the Silver Beaver Award and Kaitlin King received the Venturing Leadership Award.

Open House was a chance to welcome fellow students back to school and invite them to be a part of the BIG ADVENTURE! And Apalachee Scouts turned out in uniform and represented Scouting well this past week! Let’s have a great BACK TO SCHOOL and Roundup season everybody! Thanks to all our uniformed Scouts and adults that helped out with this huge effort! Spread the word everybody! Invite all your friends. There’s a Scout Sign Up Night at every elementary school in the District coming up soon!

Scouts from the Apalachee District are gathering with the Northeast Georgia Council contingent to head up to National Jamboree in West Virginia this evening.
