Greetings,
This week, despite impassioned objections from neighbors, on Tue., 7/21/26, the Lawrence Town Council unanimously approved redevelopment of the Gulick site at 3641 Lawrence Rd (the corner of 206 and Province Line Rd).

The vote triggered a 45-day window to file a lawsuit opposing the redevelopment (i.e., the deadline is September 4, 2026). To learn more, or donate toward legal fees and other costs of opposition, email: [email protected] to be connected with the appropriate Gulick contact. Needless to say, opposition will take time and be costly, so every donation, no matter how large or small, will help!

As you may have noticed, we have split into two, with distinct fundraising and financial management, focused on either Gulick or ETS, but aligned together under the LPH Coalition umbrella. Going forward you might hear from one or the other group (Gulick or ETS separately), but where there's information to share that's aligned or relates to both mega-developments, we'll likely coordinate communication under the umbrella of the LPH Coalition. In either case, you can continue to check the LPH Coalition website, where we'll keep posting updates for both properties.

There's been no word yet on when the Town Council will hold a hearing on the ETS mega-development, but stay tuned to the LPH Coalition website for updates.
