Fidelia Atolwa grew up with her two siblings under the care of their single mother, a tailor who worked hard but earned very little. Paying school fees was a constant challenge, and Fidelia’s education was often disrupted. She was repeatedly sent out of class because her family couldn’t afford to pay, leaving her future uncertain and learning frequently interrupted.
Everything changed when she received support through Kenya Community Development Foundation’s scholarship programme. With her school fees covered, Fidelia was able to stay in class consistently, focus on her studies, and regain hope. She also benefited from mentorship, career guidance, and essential life skills that helped shape her path.
Today, Fidelia proudly serves as a Finance Assistant at KCDF, a testament to what support, opportunity, and second chances can achieve.
We are asking for your help so we can support 100 more young people in 2026 to access the school fees they need to pursue college or university education.
Your donation can change the trajectory of many more young people just like Fidelia.
By giving today, you can help 100 deserving youth access the school fees they need to pursue college or university education.
Be part of their journey.
