Introducing our new team member 🌟

Hannah Ah-Sha serves as the F.I.R.S.T. Housing Center Case Manager at the Lawrenceville Response Center, where she is dedicated to supporting community members and connecting them with essential resources through utilities assistance, temporary housing, and the F.I.R.S.T housing center. After undergrad, Hannah quickly found her passion for working in mental health and crisis stabilization services. She finds joy in helping others, making a positive impact in people’s lives, and contributing to meaningful change within the community.

Safie Fade serves as the Intake and Utilities Specialist at the Lawrenceville Response Center, where she is dedicated to supporting community members and connecting them with essential resources through utilities assistance, temporary housing, and the F.I.R.S.T housing center.

A recent master’s graduate from Georgia State University, Safie is passionate about using her skills to make a meaningful impact and strengthen the communities she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and baking!

As Associate Executive Director of Prevention at GUIDE, Michael leads prevention strategies and campaigns, bringing a lifelong passion for keeping communities safe and healthy. From his start as a Buford High student with Georgia Teen Institute to earning the 2023 Ray Avant Excellence in Prevention Award, he has dedicated his career to leadership, education, and social justice. Michael is an Internationally Certified Prevention Specialist and serves on multiple boards, sharing his expertise locally, statewide, and nationally 🌟

“I always had a family tree on my wall with my siblings, my nieces and nephews, and my parents. During this struggle, I wasn’t able to unpack and put it up because I was afraid. But now I have them up. I’m home now.”

When Success abruptly lost her job, she faced financial hardship that made it difficult to support her household. Through Impact46 and the Lawrenceville Response Center, she found resources and support that lifted a heavy burden, reminding her family that they are not alone
