While the kids are getting some much needed rest during fall break, we are still making the push toward state competition! We need all the community support that we can get! None of this would be possible without your help. With instruments needing replaced, repairs needing to be made, and helping to providing a quality education for all students, any donation amount would be a significant help to the students in the program.

We weren’t selected as a finalist yesterday but had a great time sharing our dining room at BOA Louisville yesterday! A big congratulations to all of the bands that performed yesterday, and especially to all the Kentucky bands that showed what this state has to offer! We’re always excited to share the field with some fantastic bands from around our state and beyond!

Your Anderson County Colorguard has been hard at work this week preparing for BOA Louisville!

With that being said, we need your help! The band is in need of new instruments, colorguard flag poles, colorguard ri**es, and all the things necessary to give the students a quality education!

It’s officially OCTOBER and we’re ramping up and getting ready for what’s going to be a fantastic show this Saturday at BOA Louisville! BUT we’re also getting ready for our Fall Concert in just a few days. Come out and see what we’ve been working on these first couple months of the school year on Tuesday!

We’ve embarked on our annual SnapRaise campaign and we need your help to spread the word! What a night at the restaurant! Your Anderson County High School Marching Band came home last night as grand champions of the Garrard County Invitational! They took home the awards for best percussion and color guard in class 4A, as well as best overall percussion and best overall general effect! Come join us next Saturday at BOA Louisville on October 3rd, we’d love to save you a table!

Your Anderson County High School marching band came home as grand champions of the Lincoln Invitational at Larue County High School last night! The group swept their class awards, and also won the award for best overall music and best overall percussion!
