Workers deserve more than delay tactics after they win a union election.

The Faster Labor Contracts Act (H.R. 5408) has passed the House and now heads to the Senate. It helps ensure workers can move from a union victory to a first contract without employers dragging negotiations out for months or years.

In Kentucky, House members voted against the bill:

Jamie Comer (CD-1)
Brett Guthrie (CD-2)
Thomas Massie (CD-4)
Hal Rogers (CD-5)
Andy Barr (CD-6)

Rep. Morgan McGarvey stood with working people and voted YES.

When workers win a union, they deserve a contract that follows.
