We will be using the Band App for important Large Livestock updates for fair this year. If you have not done so already please follow us on band!

Last day to enter for fair is today! All entries must be complete by 11:59pm. This also includes YQCA completion AND certificate emailed to Janice.

If you have not entered for fair yet, please do not wait until the last minute. It is a new entry program so you will want to allow yourself some time in case you have any questions or issues. Deadline (firm) is June 15th, by 11:59 pm. Also, if you have not completed YQCA, or have completed but not turned in your certificate to Janice, this needs to be completed by the same time line. If you have any questions please reach out to your leader or species Superintendant. Thank you.

Attention swine exhibitors: the second round of vaccinations needs to be
picked up on Friday, May 29th, between 6:00-7:30 pm at the fairgrounds. Please ensure shots are administered within 24 hours, and refrigerate if not administered immediately.

Upcoming dates:

Barn set-up: Sat July 11, 8am-12pm. All kids/families showing Large Livestock need to attend barn setup.

Club setup: Thursday July 16th, 6pm. Clubs can bring in their stall displays, signs, etc.

LLC Superintendants only: Tuesday July 14th, 6pm. Club stall/pen assignments.

Attention Feeder Calf exhibitors: if your calf needs horns removed or casturated, NOW is the time for this to be done. They need to be fully healed in time for fair and you cannot predict set backs with healing. Also- large steers-horns/scurs can not be longer than 3/4 inch. If yours is questionable on length, please get with your vet.
